Ideal location next to partners apartment block. Clean rooms and friendly, efficient staff. Close to the canal boat pier.

Not likely to stay again

Provides extra pillow. 2 bottles of water and 1 toilet roll everyday.

Foul smell in the toilet. First 2 days were okay. 3rd day onwards, the foul smell in the toilet became unbearable. No kettle to boil water in the room. Need to go to the reception area to take hot water, quite troublesome

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Friendly staff. Suite was very comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed.

Shower water pressure was very low. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Refurbishment is needed. No restaurant (permanently closed).

The only nice thing i found is The Front Receptionist and...

The only nice thing i found is The Front Receptionist and Room Keepers are well trained and very friendly.

Infrastructure is rather old, yet in room's facilities are more out of fashion. The room images on web is unbelievably different.

Nice surprise

The room was clean , comfortable and had everything I needed. Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast with fruit juices, coffee, tea and different types of food including eggs, toast, jams, sausages, a Thai curry dish and more.

nice little hotel out of the center but worth a stay

this is a property outside the main holiday area but was very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful reception staff were very polite and were a credit to the hotel I enjoyed my stay here and only 10 mins to center 100 baht taxi fare would stay here again

The location is excellent lots of food places to eat, the breakfast at the hotel was very good all you could ask for,the room was very clean and the staff could not have done any more, will use again

I like the location because near with many shops and shopping mall and place is quiet at night. I think the hotel is under new management because before don't have the name OYO only JL Bangkok but now have OYO with the name of the hotel.

Good value hotel in a safe (normal awareness of security required) neighborhood. Few westerners.

Excellent location for food and basic shopping. Not in a major tourist area for westerners. Good for us but some

Air condioner compressor, in the bedroom of the suite, was functional but noisy. The airconditioner in the living room was good.

What was the highlight of JL Hotel

It's a good & plesant place to put up.

JL Bangkok is located very near (5min walking distance) to the Huamark Shopping Center and the Ram Khamheang University and it is indeed very convenient. Adding on is you have 7-11 stores on both left and right side of the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around. The hotel's restaurant is good and has a fairly good spread of breakfast served coupled with a nice little garden smacked right beside the restaurant and the reception. The hotel though is kinda 2 min walk into Soy 23 but is tucked neatly from the busy city. The hotel price per night is reasonable & value for money !!

There is no kettle for hot water facility and you'll need to get the hot water by yourself from the restaurant at the ground floor....a little inconvenient from the service part. The facilities probably need some maintenance especially on clogging water outlets at the bathroom which wasn't too pleasant since we were at the 5th floor which is the highest for the building.

Couldn't finish my stay.

The location wasn't too far from Ratchamankala Stadium. We could walk through Soi Ramkamhang 24. Took around 20 mins one way.

The lighting was too dark during corridor on my floor. I guessed that they were trying to save electricity cost but it made me feel unsafe even though I stayed there with my brother. Anyway, the lights were turn on when I went back at night. The decoration in room was so outdated. The big closet in room also made me scared. I booked there to avoid traffic jam after concert at the Ratchamankala Stadium. However, I couldn't stay overnight there and went back to my accommodation after the traffic was better. Checked out after midnight.

Valuable Place!!

The staff was polite and kind. We wet the floor but they immediately send us a housemaid for cleaning. Everything is nice. It is easier for transportation when we went to Rajamangala stadium.

The wifi was very low eventhough I standed near the corridor.

Excellent service with great value for money

The cosy ambience, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay a memorable one. Value for money. 3-star hotel with a 5-star service. Extremely satisfied. The restaurant provided the customised buffet for our group and we enjoyed the local cuisines they served. Excellent service!
